A large bulbed and vigorous strain; a real show-stopper. Discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation; original source unknown. Four to five clove layers with 8 to 20 cloves. Bulbs over 3 inches possible. Mild but lingering flavor with a tingle. Inchelium has a somewhat flattened bulb-shape and makes beautiful braids and is bound to encourage conversation around the table.

In our humble opinion, there are about 6-12 seed-worthy cloves per bulb, although you will inevitably find more cloves than that as you prepare the bulb for planting. Use your discretion when planting
