Spanish Roja is a hardneck rocambole garlic, known for its complex, rich flavor. Wrappers are white or lightly striped, with plump and especially easy to peel red-skinned cloves. Originally brought to the Pacific Northwest in the late 1800s, it is a longtime favorite that is superbly rich, with plenty of spice and flavor. Has 8-9 plantable/seed quality cloves per bulb.
